The Tech Women Celebration 50 is Computing’s curated list of some of the most inspirational women working at all levels of tech – from rising stars to CIOs and plenty in between.

This is no ordinary power list. Much as we love an influential woman in tech or a female CIO, the Tech Women Celebration 50 is designed to celebrate and share the achievements of women working at all levels of the industry.

So here are 50 relatable female role models. Some are in their first development role, others more senior. Some work in data and GenAI. Some are recent graduates or apprentices and just a few are seasoned CIOs or CEOs.

Each has their own story of challenges overcome and a thriving, exciting career. No matter where you are on the career ladder – especially if you’re working up to your first step – each of these women will inspire.

In judging who should make it onto our list we looked at all sorts of criteria such as the size of employer, barriers overcome and the degree to which each women works to extend the ladder of opportunity to those who would follow them.

We have met many of you at events like the Women and Diversity in Technology Festival or at awards like the Women in Technology Excellence Awards and know how much you enjoy meeting other women and finding ways to raise each other up.
