Mitel links ICL voice and data
ICL?s new European operation has chosen Mitel?s networked voice and data solution, NeVaDa, as the foundation of its communications infrastructure at its new headquarters in Thames Valley. The #350,000 deal will improve customer service, according to Derek Carpenter, ICL?s IT consultant, as it allows staff to keep on the move and stay in contact by phone when not at their workstations.
