Sportster modem offers flash upgrade to 56Kbps

Featuring flash memory, which has been used in US Robotics' Courier modems for several years, the Sportster Flash modem is upgradable to its high-speed x2 56Kbps technology which claims to enable Internet and on-line connections at speeds nearly twice as fast as those currently available over standard telephone lines.
