EasyJet outsources helpdesk services
Contract will cover 5000 employees across 86 airports
Easyjet is outsourcing its IT helpdesk
Budget airline easyJet has signed a three year outsourcing contract with Alfred McAlpine IT services to provide a helpdesk facility.
The contract will provide IT support for over 5000 employees across 86 airports.
The aim is to improve service, according to easyJet IT service delivery manager Bill Codd.
"Alfred McAlpine will enhance the perception of IT throughout easyJet," said Codd.
EasyJet already has a contract with Alfred McAlpine to provide voice and data services.
