According to Sean Ginevan, senior director of strategy at enterprise mobile security company Mobile Iron, chief information security officers (CISOs) ought to examine closely some of the new security features in Windows 10 and consider whether upgrading across the board to Windows 10 might actually save their organisation money.

5. 'Windows 10 upgrade wireless glitch linked with Cisco VPN software

Free it may be, but upgrading to Windows 10 has not always been as smooth as one might hope. If you are recieving an "Error 27850" mesage that probably means you are running an older version of Cisco VPN Client, which will cause the upgrade to fail.

Oracle is in the firing line again over how it enforces its licensing policies - and not for the first time. Middleware software vendor TmaxSoft and one of its services partners Streamwire say that Oracle is starting to get tough on customers looking to migrate from Oracle databases and resorting to licensing and other tactics to strong-arm them into sticking with Oracle.
