Dimple is an experienced leader in vocational education and skills development, with over 15 years of expertise in managing apprenticeships, business development, and quality assurance.

As the Founder and CEO of Purple Beard Ltd, Dimple has successfully launched and led a training and development start-up focused on digital apprenticeships and online training. Her commitment to diversity in tech and ability to develop tailored learning programs for various sectors have been instrumental in supporting underrepresented groups and meeting the skills needs of employers.

Since 2003, Dimple has worked with over 12,000 people, and since 2010, has supported over 5,000 individuals in gaining skills and securing employment. My profound impact culminated in the launch of Purple Beard's first Skills Bootcamp in 2020. Under her leadership, Purple Beard has empowered individuals from marginalised communities by providing essential digital skills, fostering employment opportunities, and enhancing societal well-being.

Diagnosed with ADHD later in life, Dimple says that her personal journey has fuelled her commitment to creating a more inclusive environment within the tech sector.

Dimple has been nominated for the Tech for Good award for people and skills in 2024.
