Hanaa Ali is a self-motivated Cloud Solutions Architect with a passion for problem solving and creating new innovative technologies. She has already built an impressive software engineering CV and continues to develop new skills. Hanaa has had a busy year:

“Over the past 12 months, I led a transformative project at LSEG, implementing Microsoft Azure Migrate to enhance our cloud migration capabilities. This involved demonstrating governance processes to the Microsoft team, setting up a comprehensive framework, and deploying Azure Migrate while configuring on-prem VMs. As an AWS architect, Azure was initially unfamiliar to me, but my leadership streamlined our migration process and set a new standard for future migrations.”

Hanaa advises those she mentors not to limit themselves.

“Whether you’re just starting or looking to advance, demand the experiences you need. Anything is possible, as my parents taught me. Be assertive and focus on what you can bring to your dream role, rather than doubting if you fit it. Dream big and take bold steps toward making those dreams a reality.”
