Recently graduating with a First in Digital and Technology Solutions, Alex completed a degree apprenticeship with Lloyds Banking Group, which he says was invaluable for realising his passion for engineering as well as aiding his personal growth and development.

As a DevOps Engineer in the LBG Centre of Excellence team, Alex is responsible for client and server side engineering to facilitate CI/CD and real-time data driven delivery for feature teams.

He is also the engineering tooling lead for the bank. He volunteers as a Digital Champion in the bank's outreach programme.
