Charlotte's expertise spans developing and executing digital strategies, leading and transforming technology teams, optimising operating models, and modernising complex legacy systems. Her diverse sector background includes retail, financial services, legal, publishing, business and technology services.

She has held senior roles such as CIO, CTO, and Chief Digital & Tech Officer, focusing on leveraging technology to drive growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Charlotte is responsible for all technology and digital solutions at Costa Coffee, supporting the company's growth ambitions. Her role involves managing the technology landscape across 3,800 stores in 31 countries, driving innovation to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Before joining Costa Coffee in June 2022, Charlotte served as chief information, digital and transformation officer at Bupa Insurance. Her career also includes significant roles at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Pearson and Thomson Reuters, where she led various technology and digital transformation initiatives.

Charlotte is a trustee at the Costa Foundation, contributing her expertise to support the organisation's philanthropic efforts. Her career is marked by a consistent focus on aligning technology with business goals, ensuring sustainable growth and enhanced user experiences.
