Sheridan is a leading figure in the technology sector, currently serving as the founder and Co-CEO of Tech She Can, a charity dedicated to inspiring girls and women to pursue careers in technology. Prior to this, Sheridan was a leader of technology & innovation at PwC, where she led the digital transformation strategy.

With extensive experience in both public and private sectors, Sheridan has honed her expertise in formulating and delivering strategic transformational changes through large-scale technology and digital programmes. She is recognised for her ability to turn vision into reality by harnessing technology and innovation to benefit people and improve organisations.

Sheridan's board experience includes advisory roles with L'Oreal UK&I and the Institute of Coding, where she played a key role in shaping agendas and policies related to technology skill shortages and the importance of diverse talent in technology.

Her accomplishments have been widely acknowledged, and in 2020 she was awarded an MBE in the Queen's Birthday Honours list for her services to young girls and women through technology.
