Steven is a seasoned IT executive with over three decades of experience, currently serving as the group CIO at construction giant AtkinsRéalis, where he oversees the strategic direction of IT initiatives. With a track record of driving successful business transformations and leading large IT teams, Steven brings a wealth of expertise to his role.

Prior to his role at AtkinsRéalis, Steven held the position of goup CIO at SNC-Lavalin, where he managed IT operations for over 50,000 employees across 50 countries. His leadership was instrumental in guiding the company through a period of significant digital transformation. His team members, at every company, are relentlessly passionate about his work.

Throughout his career, Steven has been recognised for his outstanding contributions to the IT industry, including being named IT Leader of the Year at Computing's UK IT Awards in 2023. He is also a Chartered Member and Fellow of the BCS, reflecting his commitment to professional excellence in IT leadership.
