Daria Grishina

Daria has over 20 years of experience driving value for Global Fortune 500 companies. Her expertise lies in leading business-aligned tech transformation programmes spanning digital solution delivery, technology innovation and tech stack modernisation.

Since 2020, Daria has led IT and data for the UK and Ireland at Danone. She is a member of the executive steering committee, leading IT transformation initiatives. Her project portfolio encompasses programmes aimed at embedding agility, a commercial growth mindset and data capabilities across the business.

Prior to Danone, Daria spent over 12 years at British American Tobacco, advancing through roles in marketing technology before becoming head of information and digital technologies for Central Asia and Eastern Europe. During this time she led a variety of strategic transformation initiatives and modernised the digital and business technology ecosystem. Not only did her work increase efficiency across the enterprise, but led to a 12-fold increase in digital revenue for new product categories.

Daria's early career includes roles in project management, SAP implementations, data analysis, and enterprise systems analysis. She holds a Master's equivalent degree in Mathematics and Computer Science, along with the PRINCE2 Certified Project Management Practitioner designation.
