Chloe is an accomplished IT leader and enterprise architect with extensive experience in the automotive and financial services industries at the board level. Her expertise lies in leading architecture practices and board-sponsored transformation programmes.

Chloe currently serves as the head of enterprise architecture at Nationwide Building Society, where she leverages her strategic transformation and negotiation skills to drive rapid change.

Prior to joining Nationwide, Chloe held senior IT roles at Bentley Motors, reporting directly to the CIO. During her tenure she demonstrated a consistent track record of successful delivery. She was entrusted with delivering strategic changes within IT for the board, implementing and leading the Bentley Enterprise Architecture practice. She also created the initial Bentley Digital Framework and the first Board-approved digital portfolio, delivered a Board-sponsored IT strategy, and served as the operational lead for the Board-driven end-to-end process optimisation workstream for 'IT Demand to Solution'.

Chloe's experience extends beyond her corporate roles, as she served as a Non-Executive Director (NED) and Sponsor Trustee for the Crewe Engineering & Design UTC from September 2017 to August 2021. In this capacity, she was selected by Bentley Motors to sit on the Board of Trustees, and chaired the Marketing, Recruitment and Engagement Committee.
