Andy Caddy

Part of the IT Leaders 100 - a list of the most influential IT leaders in the UK in 2024.

Andy joined PureGym as group CIO in June 2022, taking on responsibility for digital strategy, digital product and technology across the group. He has spent more than 25 years leading IT at a number of companies, including group CTO at Whitbread (owner of Premier Inn and Costa Coffee), group CIO for Virgin Active and various roles, including CTO, at easyJet where he delivered their award winning mobile app and one of the busiest eCommerce sites in Europe.

Andy has also been a non-executive director, investor and is a regular speaker on the changing roles of CIO and inspiring a modern technology workforce.
